Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Mzaizai Digital Solutions is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-impact campaigns and drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation funnels
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
