About the role
Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and engagement across paid, owned and earned channels in the Doha market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and run multi-channel digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic) and optimise for CPA/ROAS.
- Manage organic channels: SEO, content strategy, blog, social media and community engagement.
- Create, test and optimise creatives, landing pages and conversion funnels (A/B testing).
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation (segmentation, nurture flows, performance tracking).
- Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable reports/dashboards (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta, etc.).
- Implement and maintain tagging, tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, UTM, conversion pixels).
- Collaborate with design, content and product teams to develop assets and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage external agencies and media vendors; control budgets and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- Stay current with digital trends and recommend new channels/tools to improve ROI.
- Ensure campaigns comply with local regulations and cultural norms.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years’ hands‑on digital marketing experience; Doha/GCC experience preferred.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, GA4, GTM and email/automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, Excel competency and experience with dashboarding tools (Looker/Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Good copywriting and creative briefing skills; basic graphic/video editing skills a plus.
- Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint) advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Arabic skills advantageous.
