Work Schedule

• Full-time role
• 5–6 days per week (depending on project needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, captions, visuals)
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Conduct SEO optimization and keyword research
• Manage website updates and landing pages
• Collaborate with designers and content creators
• Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices

Most In-Demand Skills (What We’re Looking For)

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing & advertising platforms
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
• Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies
• Content creation and copywriting skills
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)

• Time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.)
• Portfolio or examples of previous campaigns (preferred but not required)
