Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving online engagement and achieving business objectives within a group of companies.

This role is vital for enhancing our digital presence and supporting our various brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and brand goals.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for our websites, blogs, and social media channels to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and enhance visibility.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
  • Assist in managing the company’s email marketing programs, including the creation of email templates, and mailing lists, and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a group of companies or a similar corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
