Your role:

As an ambassador and gatekeeper of the brand, the Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of our communications team, working collaboratively with internal teams to support business strategy, new product launches, media relations, and guest programs. Working closely with the Director of Communications, Communications Manager, Content Creator and Graphic Designer to deliver an innovative and creative communications strategy aligned with Rosewood’s Vision and Brand Values whilst driving revenue through a deep understanding of the marketing mix (5P’s). The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a strong background in data analysis with the ability to create high-performance digital and content strategy with a compelling narrative. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all Digital efforts pertaining to the various Business Units of Rosewood Doha including Hotels Rooms & Suites, Asaya Wellness, Food & Beverage Venues, Events, Retail, Serviced Apartments and Residences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create and maintain Rosewood Doha’s social media presence in an innovative & creative manner.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Build new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the digital user experience with the goal of increasing guest satisfaction and/or revenue.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Rosewood’s Doha digital presence.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
  • Main Lead on Online Retail Strategy and Online Store maintenance.
  • Mentor Digital Marketing Executive by enhancing existing skills as well as teaching new ones to improve job performance.
