Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, drive brand growth, and manage campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels. This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to ensure our marketing efforts deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for email campaigns, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email campaigns and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media management, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
