Job Description
- Create and develop content (static, video, and animation) for social media.
- Contribute ideas, develop and present **client proposals related to company services**, and suggest unique concepts aligned with social media strategies and corporate culture.
- Attend client meetings, social media meetings, events, and outdoor activities.
- Manage social media campaigns, daily activities, and corporate accounts across platforms.
- Set clear objectives, identify target audiences, and drive lead generation and sales.
- Plan and maintain editorial calendars and posting schedules.
- Engage with online communities by initiating conversations, responding to queries, posting on blogs, and seeding content across networks.
- Build brand advocacy and conduct community outreach.
- Monitor social media trends, brand mentions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategies and implementation plans to enhance brand presence.
- Identify opportunities to grow social media presence and increase followers.
- Understand the impact of social media on search traffic and apply SEO optimization techniques.
- Manage Google Ads, display banners, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Apply creative thinking to produce innovative, cutting-edge social media content.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Strong skills in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience in creating data-driven marketing strategies
- Understanding of emerging digital trends and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a similar role within the UAE is an added advantage
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
