About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content calendars.
- Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams for campaign execution.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Good understanding of content marketing and basic graphic/video coordination.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
