Role Description
This is a contract role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment that includes opportunities for remote work.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics through web analytics, managing social media content, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The role also involves suggesting and implementing innovative strategies to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
What you'll do
- You'll run our digital presence end to end — running paid campaigns that convert, growing our organic social channels, and keeping our website sharp and discoverable.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn — with a relentless focus on ROAS, CPA, and CPC
- Manage and grow our organic social media: content calendar, posting, engagement, and community
- Maintain and improve the website — on-page SEO, content updates, and performance tracking
- Monitor budgets closely and reallocate spend toward what's actually working
- Report on results with clear metrics and turn the data into the next round of improvements
- What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in digital/performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad budgets and a track record of improving ROAS / lowering CPA
- Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong sense for social content that drives engagement
- Comfortable making decisions from data, not guesswork
- Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation or email tools
- Basic design/video skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
