About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Administer performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to motivate and retain employees.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational needs and develop HR solutions to address them.
