Job Overview:
Simex Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing communication strategies across our business units, ensuring consistent branding, enhanced visibility, and support for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with Simex Group’s commercial objectives and business unit goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate closely with business development and sales teams to create tailored marketing materials for tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
- Manage the creation of high-quality content, including company profiles, brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities across Simex Group business units.
- Coordinate all aspects of event management, including venue selection, logistics, branding, supplier coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Represent Simex Group at local and international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events, ensuring strong brand presence and professional engagement.
- Manage exhibition participation end-to-end, including stand design, marketing materials, staffing, and on-site coordination.
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders during events to promote services and generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with commercial goals and business development strategies.
- Evaluate event and exhibition performance through KPIs such as lead generation, brand exposure, and ROI.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all business units and communication channels.
- Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and brand positioning.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, and media partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, content libraries, and digital assets.
- Support internal communications and corporate announcements across the group.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role; experience within multi-division organizations is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Branding and campaign management across multiple business units
- Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for presentations and reporting
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Ability to use marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization principles
