About This Role

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both marketing and product development, with a proven track record of managing and growing multiple products and business sectors within a diverse group of companies. This role is crucial for driving business growth and enhancing our market presence in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand emerging market trends pertinent to our sectors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies designed to support and accelerate business growth.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to align initiatives with market needs, ensuring our offerings are competitive and relevant.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business success.
• Work across different business sectors within the group to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market conditions, providing actionable insights to leadership for strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and results to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication in the local market.
• Proven experience in both marketing and product development within a group of companies, with a focus on diverse products and sectors.
• Strong background in market research and marketing development to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and adaptable approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
