Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate **Psychologist** to join its multidisciplinary mental health team.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing psychological assessments, therapy, and evidence-based treatment plans for individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns.
This opportunity offers flexibility through either a salary-based package or a revenue-sharing model.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy sessions as appropriate
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with DHA standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when necessary
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide psychoeducation and mental health support to clients and families
- Ensure ethical, confidential, and professional clinical practice at all times
- Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical development activities
- Contribute to client retention and the overall growth of the practice
Requirements
- Valid **DHA License or DHA Eligibility as a Psychologist** (mandatory)
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology or a related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
- Professional, ethical, and client-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Immediate availability only
