Summary
We are looking to hire **motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents** to join its growing sales team in Downtown Dubai.
The ideal candidates will have previous UAE real estate or property developer experience, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while achieving ambitious sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
- Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations to prospective buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Advise clients on property options, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using the company's CRM system
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, and competitor activities
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
Requirements
- Previous **UAE experience as a Real Estate Agent or with a Property Developer** is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property sales process
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Professional, confident, and well-presented personality
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
