Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps / Platform Engineer to build, scale, and operate the cloud platform that powers our engineering teams.
In this role, you will own and manage infrastructure across a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment, strengthen CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, and ensure reliability, security, and an exceptional developer experience.
This is a hands-on engineering position with broad exposure across networking, observability, security, and automation.

- Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environmen
- ts.- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, whether managed or self-host
- ed.- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and drive GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD or Fl
- ux.- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar too
- ls.- Improve system observability by implementing metrics, logging, and tracing solutio
- ns.- Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident respon
- se.- Strengthen platform security, including secrets management, RBAC, and runtime protecti
- on.- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and reduce operational fricti

Required Skills And Qualificat
- ions
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with adjustments based on seniority l
- evel.- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environm
- ents.- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; multi-cloud exposure is a
- plus.- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pu
- lumi.- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps pract
- ices.- Strong understanding of container and cloud networking, including CNI, DNS, ingress, load balancing, and
- TLS.- Experience with observability tools covering metrics, logs, and distributed tra
- cing.- Proficiency in scripting and automation, such as Bash, Python, or Go, along with strong Linux fundamen
- tals.- Security-focused mindset, including knowledge of secrets management, RBAC, and supply chain secu
- rity.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across t
- eams.
Preferred Qualific
- ations
- Experience with Alibaba Cloud ACK, Oracle OKE, or other multi-cloud Kubernetes pla
- tforms.- Expertise in service mesh and advanced networking tools such as Cilium, Istio, or
- Terway.- Familiarity with policy-as-code and runtime security tools such as OPA, Kyverno, Falco, or Neu
- Vector.- Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana Cloud, Prometheus, and SLO-based al
- erting.- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as
- Velero.- Experience with secrets management integrations such as External Secrets, CSI drivers,
- or KMS.- Hands-on experience managing cloud databases and migr
- ations.- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or cloud provider certific
