Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a team of representatives, optimizing lead generation, and closing deals for our IT service offerings

Key Responsibilities

  • **Team Leadership:**
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Reps to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • **Pipeline Management:**
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation.
  • **Strategy Execution:**
  • Develop and implement outbound sales playbooks and multi-channel prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone).
  • **CRM Management:**
  • Ensure data integrity in the CRM and provide regular forecasting reports to executive leadership.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to align messaging with service capabilities.
  • **Qualifications**
  • **Experience:**
  • 4+ years in Inside Sales, with at least 2 years within the IT/Software services sector.
  • **IT Fluency:**
  • Strong understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and digital transformation.
  • **Tech Stack:**
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
  • **Skills:**
  • Exceptional communication, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
