Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a team of representatives, optimizing lead generation, and closing deals for our IT service offerings
Key Responsibilities
- **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Reps to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- **Pipeline Management:**
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach and lead qualification to contract negotiation.
- **Strategy Execution:**
- Develop and implement outbound sales playbooks and multi-channel prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- **CRM Management:**
- Ensure data integrity in the CRM and provide regular forecasting reports to executive leadership.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with Marketing and Technical teams to align messaging with service capabilities.
- **Qualifications**
- **Experience:**
- 4+ years in Inside Sales, with at least 2 years within the IT/Software services sector.
- **IT Fluency:**
- Strong understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and digital transformation.
- **Tech Stack:**
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
- **Skills:**
- Exceptional communication, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
