Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client sites.
Ensure software meets quality assurance parameters.
Software development and delivery
- Understand product requirements and design; develop solutions based on system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problems, perform root cause analysis, and identify ways to improve performance and availability.
- Convert client requirements into feasible designs with functional teams and systems analysts.
- Develop and modify software, fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Design and execute validation test cases; check code for errors and test failures.
- Recommend installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare project specifications, status reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support smooth, timely delivery.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff.
- Document and demonstrate solutions using code, diagrams, flowcharts, layouts, and charts.
- Respond to customers and maintain professional communications and issue tracking.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation against release schedules.
Required qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices and programming languages.
Performance expectations
Support error-free onboarding and implementation, throughput, and adherence to schedules and release plans.
Meet on-time delivery and customer satisfaction expectations; troubleshoot queries and complete assigned skill-upgradation certifications.
Generate management information and reports on time.
