Facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, and performing root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver stable, well-documented solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather module requirements and document business processes, linkages, dependencies, and changes.
- Facilitate module solution design under project manager guidance, aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
- Review code, resolve team technical queries, and establish consistent replication patterns.
- Collaborate with project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues through root-cause analysis and modify code to fix errors, adapt to changes, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Validate configurations, support application integration, and address deployment dependencies with technical teams.
- Prepare user training documents and frameworks to support adoption and reduce transition risks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory full-stack MERN skills.
