Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Study project BOMs, configurations, site wiring, and site layouts and implement them on site.
• Coordinate project managers, engineers, stakeholders, vendors, electrical consultants, PMCs, and internal support teams.
• Own commissioning and customer handover activities.
• Maintain project plans, designs, reports, and handover documentation.
• Address technical issues, manage risks, and keep projects on track.
• Provide onsite training to customer facility teams.
• Generate service-revenue opportunities for panels, cables, accessories, and related services.
• Coordinate L2, L3, and L4 activities during SAT.
• Demonstrate online three-phase UPS operation for systems up to 1200 KVA.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma, BE, or BTech qualification is required.
• BE in Electrical or Electronics with 3-4 years of same-field experience, or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with 5-6 years of same-field experience.

Required Skills

• Electrical and electronics knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of UPS, electrical, and data center projects is required.
• End-to-end project execution experience is required.
• Strong documentation, communication, troubleshooting, negotiation, and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and remain professional under pressure is required.

Work Context

• The role includes onsite project execution and training at customer facilities.
