Supports day-to-day delivery-platform management across restaurant brands and outlets.
Responsibilities
- Onboard brands and outlets, coordinating platform documents, contracts, and go-live activities.
- Maintain outlet listings, virtual brands, cloud-kitchen profiles, menus, prices, descriptions, photos, and logos.
- Coordinate brand-wide menu or pricing updates and track completion.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and support teams; follow up on listing, device, update, and transaction issues.
- Escalate billing and commission issues; monitor cancellations and refunds and track disputes.
- Work with Brand Teams, Marketing, Finance, and Management; prepare updates and reports and handle enquiries.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, delivery operations, or a related field.
- UAE food delivery platform experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with partner portals, menu editing, outlet settings, and order or cancellation reports.
- Strong organization, written English, communication, and ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and reports; able to work calmly under pressure.
- Flexible to support occasional after-hours platform or menu updates.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
