Supports day-to-day management of restaurant brands across multiple food delivery platforms.
Maintains accurate delivery platform information and coordinates onboarding, listing updates, operational issues, and cancellations.
Platform setup and listings
- Onboard brands and outlets, coordinating documents, contracts, and go-live activities.
- Set up and maintain outlet listings, virtual brands, and cloud-kitchen profiles.
- Update menus, prices, descriptions, photos, logos, and other listing information; coordinate brand-wide changes and track completion.
Platform coordination and operations
- Act as day-to-day contact for delivery platform account managers and support teams.
- Follow up on listing errors, device problems, delayed updates, missing transactions, billing or commission issues, and disputes.
- Monitor cancelled and refunded orders and maintain cancellation trackers.
Reporting and collaboration
- Coordinate platform updates and operational concerns with Brand Teams, Marketing, Finance, and Management.
- Prepare emails, internal updates, reports, and announcements; handle general delivery operations enquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, delivery operations, or a related field.
- Experience with UAE food delivery platforms is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with partner portals, including menu editing, outlet settings, and order or cancellation reports.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple brands, outlets, and follow-ups.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and reports; Microsoft Excel experience is listed as required, with 3 years specified.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and flexibility for occasional after-hours platform updates.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
