Key responsibilities
- Identify and document informatics and analytics requirements with business partners; use visualizations to guide discussions and solutions.
- Work with IT and subject matter experts to resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Participate in design of data structures and dimensional models in the data warehouse.
- Lead entry-level training on data analytics tools and help define and implement solutions.
- Develop business knowledge and identify opportunities for BI and analytics solutions.
- Build BI solutions, basic reports, advanced analytics, and reports for groups without BI capabilities.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or suitable equivalent education, experience, training, or military equivalent.
- At least one year of Business Intelligence experience.
- Demonstrated skills in SQL Server Database, Power BI, Python, Spark, SQL Server Reporting Services, BigQuery, Azure DevOps, and other data visualization tools.
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions, and to communicate and interpret ideas through various mediums.
