Job Overview:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, posting invoices in the system, uploading invoices and documents on client portals, and maintaining proper invoice records by client.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, the ability to handle large volumes of invoices daily, and regular coordination with internal finance and client teams.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked in a Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, Food Trading, HORECA supply, or distribution company where speed, accuracy, and discipline are essential.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders in the system, posting invoices, uploading invoices and documents on client portals, communicating with clients, coordinating internally with finance, and maintaining proper client-wise invoice filing.

The role requires good Excel skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle a large volume of invoices on a daily basis. Previous experience in HORECA, FMCG, Fruits & Vegetables, Foodstuff Trading, or Distribution companies will be preferred.

Key Requirements:

· Good experience in data entry and invoice posting

· Strong Excel skills

· Education of +2 or Diploma in any field preferred.

· Experience with client portal uploads

· Ability to handle large invoice volumes daily

· Good communication skills

· Organized filing and documentation skills

· Previous HORECA / FMCG / F&V experience preferred

· UAE experience preferred
