Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can handle large volumes of data with accuracy and maintain organized records while supporting the smooth functioning of a busy consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases accurately.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records systematically.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on data entries.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with departments to collect and update required data.
- Perform routine data audits and quality checks.
- Assist with document management and administrative tasks.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
