Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse or store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying inventory data in company systems while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inventory data into ERP, warehouse, or inventory management systems
• Update stock quantities, product details, and item codes accurately
• Verify invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders against inventory records
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain organized digital and physical inventory files
• Generate inventory reports and assist with stock audits
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams for inventory updates
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
• Perform routine data cleanup and corrections when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry, inventory control, or warehouse administration preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management processes
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with ERP systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic analytical and reporting abilities

Working Conditions

• Office, warehouse, or retail environment
• May require occasional overtime during stock audits

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per hour
