About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain company records and data in the system. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases
- Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
- Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required
- Scan and organize documents
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Coordinate with departments for data collection and updates
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work preferred
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
