Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Data Center Training Specialist / Customer Success Engineer supports internal and external education and training programs.
The role helps develop local talent pools and align training and skills with data center operational growth.
Acts as the day-to-day voice of Data Center Learning to customers and represents customer needs to the team; tracks cluster metrics and owns training metrics for assigned clusters.

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Data Center Training Specialist / Customer Success Engineer supports internal and external education and training programs.
The role helps develop local talent pools and align training and skills with data center operational growth.
Acts as the day-to-day voice of Data Center Learning to customers and represents customer needs to the team; tracks cluster metrics and owns training metrics for assigned clusters.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute education, pre-skilling, talent-pipeline, and training-readiness strategies with local AWS partners; forecast skill needs and create scalable regional frameworks.
- Design programs to address skill gaps, measurable learning pathways for data center operations careers, blended learning, and progressive career pathways.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners; support program expansion with cluster leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, manage partner relationships and expectations, establish governance, and maintain executive-level partner relationships.
- Establish KPI frameworks, data collection and analysis processes, and stakeholder reporting; track program effectiveness and return on investment.
- Assess and adjust programs, research workforce-development practices, use analytics for improvements, test approaches, and scale successful initiatives.
- Track cluster metrics, ensure data accuracy, report metrics as required, and own training metrics for assigned clusters.
Basic qualifications
- Technical background with some data center experience.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Experience managing training- or learning-related projects or programs.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to use data and metrics for reporting and action.
- Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with educational technology, learning platforms, talent pipelines, and career pathways.
- Basic knowledge of Data Center Learning’s learning management systems and Learn.
