The Data Analytics Transformation Lead serves as Vice President in Trade and Working Capital, leading the Portfolio Management team’s data, analytics, and AI transformation agenda.
The role combines data product ownership, business analysis, transformation leadership, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmaps; establish data foundations, governance, common definitions, and data quality standards.
- Own analytics initiatives and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, delivery plans, and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner with technology, engineering, architecture, and AI teams to deliver scalable data products and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, self-service analytics, and tactical analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities and align stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Govern delivery risks, issues, dependencies, controls, audit needs, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Required qualifications
- Significant experience delivering data, analytics, product management, or transformation initiatives in complex financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data architectures, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with Data Mesh, data products, governance, enterprise data management, dictionaries, glossaries, and common definitions.
- Strong business analysis and product management skills, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Experience delivering modern BI dashboards, reporting, and analytics; working knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and analytics engineering.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery and strong stakeholder, influencing, and executive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and governance in regulated environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Trade Finance, Working Capital, Treasury, Liquidity, Balance Sheet Management, or Transaction Banking experience is preferred.
- Python, Databricks notebooks, AI, Generative AI, machine learning, agentic workflows, Agile methods, Jira, Confluence, and large-scale data modernization experience are preferred.
