The Data Analyst provides reporting and analytical support to ICQA, Learning, and Finance teams.
The role uses data from multiple sources to identify root causes of quality defects and inventory adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
- Write SQL queries, compile data, and generate reports, charts, and graphs.
- Build Amazon QuickSight dashboards for business decisions and deep-dive analysis.
- Develop Python automation for analysis.
- Publish reports for weekly and quarterly business reviews and project updates.
- Help leadership interpret trends and research defect patterns.
- Collect and enter data, present standardized analysis, and support ICQA and Learning projects.
Basic qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Communicate clearly with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage large projects end to end, including data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and recommendations.
- Understand business and end-customer needs and translate them into solutions.
- Experience with AWS technologies including Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Firehose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience training and deploying machine-learning systems for large-scale optimization, or experience in development or technical support.
