Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines contingency compensation and incentive programs.
• Deliver analytical insights on compensation for high-value accounts with account managers.
• Help design, implement, and maintain account-specific app incentives, commission overrides, and contingency commission programs.
• Ensure compensation initiatives are effective and aligned with business goals.

Must-have qualifications

• At least six years of analytical work experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least five years of analytical work experience.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and at least three years of analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

• Advanced SQL for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting large and complex datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse platform.
• Tableau dashboard and report development to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decisions.
• Ability to draw insights from data and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Compensation

• Salary range is $81,400–$131,200 per year, depending on position level and experience.
• Eligible employees may receive an annual cash gainshare incentive payment of up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
