Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query, analyze, and troubleshoot large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
  • Proficiency developing dashboards and reports (Tableau) to monitor performance, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
  • Understanding of how to use data to drive decisions, provide insights, and be able to present those insights in a meaningful way.
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with various levels and roles.

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
