Data Analyst Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and uncover customer insights.
• Develop analytical solutions and explore AI and automation applications for business problems.
• Use AI tools to accelerate insights and automate workflows.
• Support initiatives with measurable business impact.

Minimum qualifications

• At least eight years of analytical work experience; or a bachelor's degree or higher and at least seven years of analytical work experience; or a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and at least five years of analytical work experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without current or potential future sponsorship.

Preferred skills

• Preferred: Excel, SQL, and Python proficiency.
• Preferred: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI extensions, Snowflake Cortex, Claude Code, or similar.
• Preferred: ability to validate, troubleshoot, and ensure the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Preferred: understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Preferred: communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

• Remote work is allowed.

Compensation

• Annual salary range is $98,400–$131,200.
• Eligible employees may receive an annual cash gainshare incentive of up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
