Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and follow up on all customs declarations (Bayans) in compliance with Saudi customs regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct shipment inspections to ensure alignment with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the timely release of shipments at ports, airports, and land borders, resolving any clearance issues.
- Communicate daily with freight officers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and required regulatory documents for accuracy.
- Report shipment status, delays, and daily clearance activities to Customs Control / Customs Executive.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, port operators, and inspection agencies when required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support customs operations.
