Customs Clearance Agent

  • **Job Overview**
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Agent to join our team in Al Ain.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working with online systems and have strong computer skills.
  • Prior experience in customs clearing is advantage but not required as long as you have the agility to learn quickly.
  • The position involves supporting customs clearance procedures and ensuring documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle customs clearance processes through **TAMM** portals and **Dhabi** system
  • Prepare, review, and submit shipment documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth clearance operations
  • Collect fees and cash from drivers and ensure proper recording and handover according to company procedures
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with customers, providing helpful and supportive communication through Email, WhatsApp.
  • **Requirements**
  • 1- Great computer literacy is essential (Microsoft application)
  • 2- Familiarity with online platforms, systems, and data entry tools
  • 3- Ability to quickly learn government portals and electronic clearance systems
  • 4- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • 5- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • 6- Any level of education is accepted
  • **Working Conditions & Benefits**
  • 1- Working schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
  • 2- Company-sponsored visa and medical insurance
  • 3- Accommodation and Transportation provided
  • Note : This role is based within a customs-controlled port environment.
  • Applicants must meet entry permit requirements as per local regulations. ( Only Men can apply)
  • Pay: Up to AED1,700.00 per month
