Customer Support Executive - Typing center or Business Setup
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our Typing Centre to handle customer inquiries, process applications, and manage government-related services efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE visa services and the ability to handle customers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with typing services and application processing
- Handle family visa applications, immigration services, and Golden Visa processes
- Guide clients on documentation requirements and procedures
- Manage walk-in customers and ensure smooth queue handling
- Verify and process documents with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission and approvals
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Maintain proper records of applications and transactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Typing Centre / Amer Centre / PRO services
- Family Visa processing
- Immigration services
- Golden Visa applications
- Good knowledge of UAE government procedures and portals
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good typing speed and computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided
- Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
