Customer Support Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior experience in the iGaming industry to provide excellent support to our users. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist users with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay-related queries
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
- Escalate technical or payment-related issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Educate users about platform features, offers, and responsible gaming
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (iGaming experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills
Required Languages (Any):
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Gujarati
- Telugu
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Basic knowledge of online gaming platforms and payment processes
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must have a valid own visa (freelance/spouse visa, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools and live chat support
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
