About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and online platforms
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and refund requests in a professional manner
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve issues
- Monitor and manage orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
- Support online sales platforms (e.g., marketplace accounts) when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or online support (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
