About This Role
Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a skilled Client Success Associate to join the Client Success team of an established and well reputable fin-tech online trading firm.
The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
Required skills:
A bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service role preferably within the financial services industry
• Ability to write and speak in the following languages: Arabic + English
• Project management skills is plus
