CreditCare Credit Management LLC is hiring a customer service representative in Dubai to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in sales.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Salary and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month, based on experience.
- Visa, medical, and other benefits are provided as per UAE Labour Law.
