Job Description
- Manage customer support for holiday packages, bookings, tours, transfers, itineraries, visa-related service coordination, and other travel arrangements.
- Explain availability, pricing, inclusions, policies, and booking conditions accurately.
- Handle inquiries and bookings by phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and walk-in interactions; recommend suitable packages or alternatives.
- Process bookings and support customers from inquiry through confirmation and travel completion.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other partners to resolve issues, changes, cancellations, and complaints.
- Update CRM records, track inquiries and confirmations, communicate payment or documentation requirements, and follow up on unresolved cases.
- Provide responsive service to support repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in travel and tourism customer support or customer service.
- Hands-on experience with holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, tours, transfers, itineraries, amendments, cancellations, complaints, and customer follow-up.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/customer service platforms, and travel/reservation systems.
