Role overview

The Customer Success Manager serves as a strategic and technical advisor, helping enterprise customers adopt, optimize, and expand their use of AlgoSec solutions.

Reports to the Customer Success Team Lead.

Location and work arrangement

  • Location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Home office).

Responsibilities

  • Identify adoption gaps, build success plans, and align product use cases with customer value.
  • Track portfolio adoption and create quarterly improvement plans.
  • Partner with renewals teams, flag churn risks, and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Work with internal teams and sales to identify and quantify expansion opportunities.
  • Advise customer stakeholders, host Executive Business Reviews, and maintain valuable touchpoints.
  • Document use cases and success stories, and represent customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or similar enterprise software roles; security or systems integration experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customers with measurable success.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, governance, audit, risk, and compliance.
  • Consulting, project management, data-driven decision-making, and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of security technologies, APIs, infrastructure, cloud, and LAN/WAN networking.
  • English and Arabic communication skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with executive presence for high-stakes conversations and escalations.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce.com and Gainsight experience.
  • Technical depth in TCP/IP v4, VRF, AWS VPC, routing, firewall policies, LDAP, and Radius.
