The representative contacts customers by phone, explains services, assists with debt restructuring, and guides customers toward suitable financial solutions.
Requirements
- Proven telesales or other sales experience and a track record of meeting sales quotas; phone-based quota experience is preferred.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent English, communication, interpersonal, phone, and presentation skills.
- Ability to stay composed when facing rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to explain products and services.
- Close phone sales, maintain customer relationships, gather data, and generate leads.
- Meet monthly targets and sales quotas; make additional effort to support future sales.
- Keep call and sales records and note useful information.
- Present products confidently and address service queries tactfully.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 3,000–3,500 per month; the source salary field lists AED 3,000 per month.
