CreditCare Credit Management LLC is hiring a customer service representative in Dubai to handle customer inquiries and support customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Salary and benefits
- Salary is up to AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience.
