The employer is seeking a telesales professional working with debt management services.
The role contacts existing and potential customers, explains services, supports debt restructuring, and closes sales by phone.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales role.
- A record of successfully meeting sales quotas is required, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, phone, and presentation skills.
- Ability to remain calm when handling rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Close sales deals over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Gather data and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet sales quotas.
- Work toward future sales through customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Present products confidently over the phone.
- Answer service queries and tactfully resolve customer issues.
- Explain debt management services and assist with debt restructuring.
Compensation
- Full-time permanent role with compensation stated as up to AED 3,000 per month and elsewhere as AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
