Customer Service Representative

Role overview

Customer experience and relationships

• Deliver professional, empathetic service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, follow up, and support retention through proactive communication.

Service coordination and business support

• Manage bookings, appointments, and service requests accurately; coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor requests through completion and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Identify additional service opportunities based on customer needs and suggest improvements to satisfaction and service delivery.

Problem resolution

• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, take ownership of resolution, and escalate complex matters when needed.

Essential qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of customer service, customer experience, client relations, or customer support experience in the UAE.
• Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage pressure and multiple priorities.

Preferred experience

• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
• Childcare, healthcare, hospitality, education, or other service industry experience is preferred.
• Customer complaint handling and service recovery experience is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.
