CreditCare Credit Management is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor with experience in credit management, bank negotiations, and settlement processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts related to credit cards, loans, and other liabilities.
- Negotiate settlements and restructuring with banks and financial institutions.
- Secure favorable settlement terms and provide debt management advice.
- Prepare settlement proposals and follow up with banks until closure.
- Maintain records of client communications and agreements, and build banking relationships.
- Follow company policies and UAE financial regulations; meet monthly performance and recovery targets.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in financial advisory, debt management, or credit settlement.
- Proven UAE bank negotiation experience and strong knowledge of UAE banking and credit policies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to handle pressure professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month; the posting also states salary up to AED 3,500 based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives are offered.
Workplace
- Work is in person in the UAE.
