Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Executive.

You will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, handling bookings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving service-related issues, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring smooth service delivery in line with company standards.

In addition, you will support basic website operations, including uploading and updating service listings, pricing, and content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer messages promptly (within 1–2 minutes during working hours)
  • Manage bookings and scheduling of services
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service details
  • Upload and update services, pricing, and content on the website
  • Assist in optimizing service listings and overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or website backend tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in home services, hospitality, or marketplace platforms is an advantage

Working Hours

  • 5 days per week
  • 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (or based on shift schedule)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives (linked to customer satisfaction and efficiency)
  • UAE employment visa provided
  • Medical insurance provided in accordance with UAE regulations
