Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a customer service consultant.
The consultant will be responsible for handling client enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses, and ensuring excellent client experiences.
Key tasks include resolving customer concerns, managing appointments, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
Additionally, the role requires clear communication and maintaining professionalism to uphold the firm's standard of client-centric service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring Client Engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate client records and manage appointments
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in legal or professional services sectors is preferred
