The role involves telesales for debt management services and helping customers explore debt restructuring and other solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers by phone to explain products or services.
- Assist customers with debt management needs, explain services, and help with debt restructuring.
- Guide customers toward solutions suited to their financial situations.
- Close phone sales, maintain customer relationships, gather data, and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly targets and support future sales.
- Keep call and sales records and note useful information.
- Present products confidently and answer customer queries, resolving them tactfully.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales role.
- A successful record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay composed and handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000 per month and also as AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
