Customer Relationship Officer – Coffee Machine Servicing
About This Role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to manage client communications and service coordination for coffee machine maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer satisfaction while supporting our technical service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding coffee machine servicing and maintenance
- Coordinate service schedules with technicians for timely execution
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain records of service requests, contracts, and customer interactions
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and invoices
- Monitor maintenance schedules, warranties, and service contracts
- Build strong relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell services, spare parts, and maintenance contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a coordination role
- Arabic language is mandatory (spoken)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)
- Experience in coffee machines or the technical service industry is an advantage
